| In today's global information society, the importance of conducting communications using multimedia mediums is ever increasing. Therefore, the scope of the multimedia field surpasses that of fine arts. Presently, it extends to areas such as mass media, advertising, science, medicine, education, etc. Responding to such trend, our department seeks to cultivate competent professionals in the field of ˇ®Image Art' by providing curriculums that covers both the theory and field training through which students familiarize themselves with overall digital image making. In addition, under the founding spirit of ˇ®Cultivating Professionals Capable of Responding to the Needs of the Future Economy', we aim to produce individuals equipped with moral integrity and creativity. |

1st Year 1st Semester: Introductory courses, dark room techniques, and basic theory courses on digital image making
1st Year 2nd Semester: Large cameras and optical instrument usage and application
2nd Year 1st Semester: Field applications (e.g., advertising), esthetics of color-developed photos and video images appreciated through field experience
2nd Year 2nd Semester: Thesis project and trial exhibitions to evaluate student performance.
